CHARTE DES SONS - TEKNIVAL DU 1ER MAI 2006 -

L'ensemble des sounds systems organisateurs souhaitent que ce rassemblement annuel de la fête libre soit basé sur la créativité et sur la capacité d'autogestion et de responsabilité de l'ensemble des acteurs de ce mouvement culturel.
Voici donc les recommandations qui seront soumises à TOUS les sound systems désirant poser du son au teknival du 1er mai :

gestion générale

- mettre en permanence une ou deux personnes de chaque sound system à disposition afin d'aider à l'organisation de l'évènement
- faire en sorte que le terrain soit rendu dans le même état de propreté que lorsque l'on nous l' a donné et pour se faire obligation de coupure des sons journalière de 14h à 16h pour effectuer un nettoyage général.
- respecter les consignes élémentaires de sécurité, notamment en terme d'accès pour les secours
- bien fixer toutes les structures, son, échafaudages et décorations afin d'éviter tout accident ( cela vous évitera aussi de détériorer votre propre matériel )
- aider ou demander à être aidé afin de reconduire tout stand de " merguez-frites " ou autre non accompagnée d'un son
- prévoir de la nourriture à vendre, ce qui vous permettra d'amortir l'investissement engagé pour cet évènement
- faire comprendre aux " dealeurs à la criée " qu'ils ne sont pas les bienvenus, ou alors tout au moins qu'ils se taisent et se fassent discrets
- renseigner les teuffeurs sur le prix de notre liberté précaire au moyen de banderoles, pancartes, tracts, visuels militants en faveur des free party, de se principes d'autogestion, et des valeurs véhiculées par notre mouvement.

artistique et sonorisation

- orienter votre systeme de diffusion sonore de manière à provoquer un minimum de nuisances aux riverains et aux sounds systems voisins
- ne cherchez pas " le meilleur emplacement " , genre lieu de passage obligatoire qui vous permettrait de capter un maximum de public au détriment des autres sound system
- n'axez pas tous vos efforts sur la taille de votre mur de son et essayez de créer un bon équilibre déco/puissance sonore , afin de faire profiter autant les yeux que les oreilles de votre public
- toute initiative sur le plan musical, artistique et décoratif est la bienvenue, afin que ce rassemblement soit beau, créatif, novateur et haut en couleurs !!! ( donc évitez si possible le tout-kaki )

déchets et respect de la nature

- évitez si possible la vente de canettes et bouteilles en verre, fragiles et difficiles à ramasser surtout lorsqu'elles sont cassées. Privilegiez les canettes métalliques, bouteilles en plastique ou les fûts + gobelets, plus voyants et donc plus faciles à ramasser.
- disposez à coté de votre sound system des récipients ( conteneurs, poubelles, fûts métalliques ) destinés à la collecte des dechets
- faire en sorte que votre public respecte le terrain, et veillez à la propreté de votre dancefloor
- couper le son chaque jour de 14h à 16h afin que nous puissions tous ensemble nettoyer le site au fur et à mesure ( n'hésitez pas à passer un appel ou un sample destiné à diffuser le message )
- nous vous invitons également à prendre toute initiative destinée à proteger la nature et à préserver notre environnement, donc à vos idées !!!!

Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec cette charte et que vous n'adhérez pas aux principes généraux énoncés dans cette charte, posez vous la question de savoir si vous serez bien à votre place dans ce teknival du 1er mai 2006 !!!!!!

CE TEKNIVAL EST OUVERT A TOUS, MAIS UN MINIMUM DE RESPECT ET DE CIVISME SONT NECESSAIRES AFIN DE FAIRE PERDURER CES EVENEMENTS CULTURELS !!!!!!

Ensemble nous serons plus forts !!!
Démontrons à l'état que l'argent n'est pas la base de notre milieu, défendons la culture équitable, l'amateurisme et l'artistique au prix juste !!
Avec de l'entraide et du bénévolat, nous réussirons à gerer nous-mêmes des évènements de grande ampleur, et nous affirmerons ainsi notre capacité d'autogestion pour ce qui est des free party de moindre importance.

L'installation des sounds system débutera le jeudi 27 avril le matin, avec obligation de quitter le terrain au plus tard le mardi matin 12h.



voila la version anglaise, je viens de l envoyer en italy et espagne et cz... la version est totalement lisible...aprés chzque activist de chaque pays parle couramment et trés bien anglmais et sera corriger si il y a quelques fautes...

Charter of the sounds

The whole of the organizing sounds systems wish that this annual gathering of the free festival be based on creativity, capacity of self-management, and responsibility for the whole of the actors of this cultural movement.

Here thus the recommendations which will be subjected to ALL the sound systems wishing to pose sound with the teknival on May 1:

General management :

· To permanently give one or two people of each sound system in order to help with the organization of the event
· To make sure that the ground is returned in the same state of cleanliness as when it was given to us
· To respect the elementary instructions of safety, in particular in term of access for the helps
· To fix well all the structures, speakers, scaffolding and decorations in order to avoid any accident (that will also avoid you deteriorating your own material)
· To help or ask to be helped in order to renew any food seller stand or other not accompanied by a sound
· To envisage food to be sold, which will enable you to amortize the investment engaged for this event
· To make understand to the “shouting drug seller” that they are not welcome, or then at least that they shut up.
· To inform people about the price of our precarious freedom by means of streamers, signs, leaflets, visual militant in favour of the free party, principles of self-management, and the values conveyed by our movement

Artistic and wiring for sound :

· To direct your system of sound diffusion so as to cause a minimum of harmful effects to the residents and the close sounds systems
· Do not seek « the best site », obligatory crossing point kind which would enable you to collect a maximum of public to the detriment of the others sound system
· Do not center all your efforts on the size of your wall of sound and try to create a good sound balance between decoration and power, in order to make profit as much the eyes that the ears of your public
· Any initiative on the musical, artistic and decorative level is the welcome, so this gathering is beautiful, creative, innovative and high in colors!!!

Waste and respect of nature :

· Avoid if possible the sale of quills and bottles out of glass, fragile and difficult to collect especially when they are broken. Privilegiez metal quills, plastic bottles or barrels + goblets, more indicators and thus easier to collect.
· Have next to your sound system of the containers (containers, dustbins, metal drums) intended for the collection the dechets
· To make so that your public respects the ground, and take care of the cleanliness of your dancefloor
· To put off the sound each day between 2PM to 4PM so that we can all together clean the site progressively (do not hesitate to pass a call or a sample intended to diffuse the message)
· We also invite you to take any initiative intended for proteger nature and to preserve our environment, therefore with your ideas!!!!

If you do not agree with this charter and that you do not adhere to the general principles stated in this charter, ask yourself if you will be in the right place in this teknival of May 1, 2006!!!!!!

THIS TEKNIVAL IS OPEN TO ALL, BUT A MINIMUM OF RESPECT AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP ARE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MAKE PERDURER THESE CULTURALS EVENTS!!!!!!

Together we will be stronger!!!
Let us show that money is not the base of our movement, defend the equitable culture, amateurism and artistic at the right price!!

With mutual aid and voluntary help, we will make a success of dealing with great events, and we will thus affirm our capacity of self-management as regards the free party of less size.

The installation of the sounds systems will begin Thursday April 27 in the morning, with possibility of acomodation for the foreign sounds systems as of Wednesday morning, and end of the event Tuesday morning miday with obligation of cut of all the systems of diffusion.
